For our Grade 12 students, our first post-secondary information session will be on Wednesday, October 7th during Period 1. This is a mandatory session for all Grade 12 students, including split classes. We’ll be going over the university and college application process, important dates and timelines, and the resources available to help students with their applications.

We’ll continue to share information with students and families as we move through the post-secondary application season.

Semester 1 Report Cards

During this semester, families/caregivers will receive three student report cards;  the Interim Report, Mid-Semester Report and Semester End Report. Each report card will provide you with information about your child’s achievement throughout the semester. Interim reports are part of the ongoing communication from our school to support your child’s academic achievement and well-being. We hope that this report will provide valuable feedback for your child and support in the conversations about their learning at home. Distribution of your child’s interim report card for the first semester will begin on Tuesday, October 20, 2026. Parents/guardians/caregivers can gain access to their child’s report cards through our new Family Dashboard. Please ensure your email on file with the school office is up to date. Your child will continue to access their report card via their Student Google account (GAPPS).

Terry Fox Marathon of Hope

We are excited to announce that our school will be participating in the Terry Fox Marathon of Hope on Friday, October 9th during Period 3 and 4. This is a powerful opportunity for our students to come together, get active, and carry on Terry’s legacy of hope and cancer research.

How to Support the Cause

We are aiming for large-scale participation in our fundraising efforts! There are two easy ways to donate:

  • Toonies for Terry: Students can donate any spare change to event organizers dropping by classes and circulating in the Blue Zone during Period 3 and/or 4 in the days leading up to the event.
  • Online Donations: For those who prefer digital giving, you can donate directly and securely through our official Terry Fox fundraising page here: https://schools.terryfox.ca/134374

What’s Happening at School?

Students should keep an eye on posters, school social media pages, and listen up for daily announcements for more details. We have some fun activities, light refreshments, and awesome music ready to make the event fun and memorable in support for a wonderful cause.  Grade 9's and 10's on lunch are especially encouraged to come and take part.
