Semester 2 Report Cards

During this semester, families/caregivers will receive three student report cards including the Interim Report, Mid-Semester Report and Semester End Report. Each report card will provide you with information about your child’s achievement throughout the semester. Interim reports are part of the ongoing communication from our school to support your child’s academic achievement and well-being. We hope that this report will provide valuable feedback for your child and support in the conversations about their learning at home. Distribution of your child’s interim report card for the second semester will begin on Monday, March 23. Parents/guardians/caregivers can gain access to their child’s report cards through our new Family Dashboard. Please ensure your email on file with the school office is up to date. Your child will continue to access their report card via their Student Google account (GAPPS).

SAA is excited to host Markham Madness on Wed. March 25th during Pd. 5.  The stage is set for the East vs. West All-Star basketball game.  The teams composed of staff and students will be announced next week.

Here are a few important details regarding the event:

1. Tickets will be available on School Cash for $3. This includes a permission form.  Buy-in tickets are on sale until we reach our maximum of 350 OR until Mon. March 23rd.  Students who are volunteering, participating and/or have a spare Pd. 5 must buy a ticket.

2. Period 5 attendance - students who purchased buy-in tickets on school cash, participating athletes, and volunteers will be signed out of Pd. 5 class.  Students are asked to go straight to the gymnasium to have their attendance confirmed by SAA who will scan student ID cards (or enter it manually).  We then share any no-shows with our Attendance Office.
